The Palo Alto Lawn Bowls Club (PALBC) is a member-based organization. Dues-paying members have access to all events and amenities that the club offers — from bowling in draw games and tournaments to attending socials. The PALBC is a community within a community.
Application for membership of PALBC includes national and regional membership in Bowls USA (BUSA) and the Pacific Inter-Mountain Division (PIMD).
Applying for Membership/Three Step Process
Request for Membership
Fill out the Request for Membership form below. You will be contacted via email to confirm receipt and a representative from the club will contact you to schedule the next step in the process — a coaching session.
Schedule a Coaching Session
As it is important for the club and the person applying for membership to determine whether lawn bowling is a good fit, a coaching session needs to be scheduled. Once you submit the Request for Membership form, a coach will contact you to set up a mutually agreeable day/time to meet at the green. If/when you and your coach determine that you are ready to join the club, your request will be forwarded to the Board of Directors for acceptance.
Acceptance and Payment of Dues
You will be notified of acceptance and given a link to the PALBC website to pay your dues. The different membership types and costs are listed below.
